CLUBcentives considers issues relating to your privacy to be a serious matter. As such, CLUBcentives has created and implemented this Privacy Policy so that you understand what CLUBcentives may and may not do with certain personal information. This Privacy Policy describes the guidelines CLUBcentives uses to protect the information we collect about you during your visit(s) to our Web Sites. Introduction
CLUBcentives (hereafter referred to as "CLUB") will only use personally identifiable information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Web Site Terms of Use and the CLUB Store Policy. Personally identifiable information is information about you that can be attributed to you. In this Privacy Policy, personally identifiable information will be referred to as "personal information".
Collection of Information
In order to use some of the features and services provided at CLUB's websites, CLUB may require that you provide some personal information. This personal information could include, but is not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, credit card information, IP address and personal interests. CLUB may issue to you a unique "user ID" which you will be required to provide each time you use certain features and services.
In order to purchase digital products or other items available, CLUB may require credit card information.

The Internet browser may then store the cookie on your harddrive. Cookies can be used to track a visitor to a website as the visitor navigates the website and to store information. Firstly, cookies enable a visitor to have a more unique and enriching experience while visiting CLUB's websites. Other technologies used include clear GIFs and IP address logging. Clear GIFs (a.k.a. web bugs, beacons or tags) are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an e-mail message. Clear GIFs are invisible to the user because they are typically very small (only 1-by-1 pixel) and the same color as the background of the web page, document or e-mail message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect personal information about you. However, we may use clear GIFs capture statistical usage information for our web pages, features or other elements on a web page. We may correlate this information to a user to personalize user experience and for statistical analysis of user experiences on our web pages.
Uses of Information
CLUB will only make one or more of the following uses of your personal information:
- Analyse personal information and other data in order to enhance CLUB's websites, software, and services;
- Use personal information for the purpose for which it was provided and certain other activities which are reasonably ancillary to such purpose. For example, if you send us an e-mail with a question or comment, CLUB will use your e-mail address to respond to you. Further, CLUB may store your e-mail and e-mail address and a copy of our response for future reference;
- Use email addresses provided to CLUB to provide to you information about future CLUB products and services notwithstanding that the e-mail address may have been provided for a different purpose; and

CLUB has engaged certain service providers to assist CLUB in its activities. For that purpose, it may be necessary for CLUB to disclose your personal Information to these services providers. However, CLUB will require that these service providers agree that they will only use your personal information solely for the purpose of assisting CLUB in its activities and that they will adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, CLUB will not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease or otherwise transfer any personal information, including e-mail addresses, to any third party and CLUB will treat any personal information you provide as confidential information.
How Long is the Information Kept?
CLUB will only keep the personal information for so long as it is useful. At the conclusion of such time, CLUB will delete this information.
Security
CLUB's websites have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of the personal information under CLUB's control. However, CLUB cannot guarantee that these security measures will not be breached.
Changes to the CLUB's Privacy Policy
CLUB reserves the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason.
CLUB will notify visitors of changes to this Privacy Policy by providing notice of the change for at least 30 days on CLUB's homepage at www.CLUBcentives.com.
